Playbooks
The guides earlier in this site explain features one by one; this section flips it around and starts from the problem: what member experience you want, which features combine to deliver it, and where each is configured. Every playbook follows the same structure:
- Goal — the problem this circle needs to solve;
- What members experience — the full journey from a member’s point of view;
- What the owner does — each step with its console entry point and key parameters, linking to the matching guide page for details;
- Variations — a cheaper cut, or one step further.
The circles and numbers in the playbooks are fictional demo data. Each playbook matches a typical community:
- Playbook 1: bot onboarding — welcome card + send-text buttons + auto replies make a multi-layer guided tree (works in every layout)
- Playbook 2: the newcomer path in Story Hub — starter pack, home entries, and the notice bar strung into one content route
- Playbook 3: the Trading Hub storefront — showcase pages, channels, and home entries composed into a services front desk
- Playbook 4: the Community Hub tool station — bot entries and links turn the home page into a directory
