Wallets and assets
Mixin Messenger has a wallet built in — it’s where your assets live and where you send and receive money. You’ll find it on the Wallet tab in the app.
Assets you’ll see in circles
Section titled “Assets you’ll see in circles”Assets supported on OhMy.xin include USDT, PUSD, USDC, BTC, ETH, XIN, DOGE, EOS, and BOX. Which ones a circle accepts is up to the circle owner — they’re listed for you to pick from when you pay.
- Not sure which to choose? USDT is the most common pick, and its price stays steady.
- You can swap between assets right inside the Mixin wallet.
Where the money comes from
Section titled “Where the money comes from”- Someone transfers it to you, or you withdraw it from an exchange to your Mixin wallet.
- Red packets, tips, and refunds you receive land in your wallet too.
What happens when you pay
Section titled “What happens when you pay”When you pay, you confirm a Mixin Safe transfer on the payment page; the money first lands on the OhMy.xin platform wallet, and the platform then forwards the payee’s share (such as the circle owner’s) in real time, usually within seconds. For the full flow, see Paying on OhMy.xin.
