Choose your layout

The layout decides what members see when they open your circle. Find it in Console → Settings → Appearance. Switching takes effect immediately and is recorded in the change history; only the circle owner and admins can change it.

Layout Best for Notes
Classic A chat community built around channels and posts Default, free
Story Hub Circles built around publishing and curated reading Requires Circle VIP
Community Hub Tool directories and multi-entry navigation communities Free
Trading Hub Signal and live-trade communities with locked paid posts Requires Circle VIP

When you switch, the console makes you confirm that “the member experience will change” before anything is saved.

  • Navigation — Classic has Home / Explore / Mine; Story Hub adds story sources and a stories page; Community Hub has only Home and Mine; Trading Hub is a three-channel home plus showcases.
  • Available tools — Channels work in Classic only; home arrangement (home entries) is available in Story Hub, Community Hub, and Trading Hub; the starter pack is Story Hub only; friendly links do their work in Community Hub and Trading Hub.
  • Nothing is lost — Posts, articles, members, and orders carry over across layouts; only how they’re presented changes.
  • Story Hub: nav tab labels, what you call sources / stories, home title, subtitle, and banner image (≤5 MB), plus the sources page intro.
  • Trading Hub: how the three home channels are arranged, and the bottom nav slots.
  • App card covers: the cover image used when a post is shared to Mixin (≤5 MB).
