Playbook 3: the Trading Hub storefront

Circle: Starsea Trading Room — a strategy-services trading circle (Trading Hub layout, Circle VIP).

Problem: strategies, courses, and services live in separate console corners; members land on the default channel order and paid content sits three taps deep — great service, invisible storefront.

Goal: members reach paid content within three taps; the free parts build trust and the paid parts convert.

  1. Opening the home: Strategies — the live signal panel — is the first channel tab: the core capability front and center. Above it, a pill row of three quick entries: Strategy services (straight to a showcase page), Market glance (external link), and Starter course (article collection).
  2. Tapping Strategy services: a showcase page collecting persona cards by filter tag — each card carries its win rate and trade sessions, so the team’s track record reads at a glance.
  3. The bottom tab bar: the second tab is the services page — one tap back from anywhere; its label just reads “Services”.
  4. A nudge of curiosity: a few locked posts sit in the feed, unlocked by an inviter code — every existing member holds a letter of recommendation.
  5. Live reminders: subscribed members get a ping before the weekly live class; the course calendar is the second channel tab.
Step Where What
1. Build persona cards Settings → Appearance → Customize → Showcase cards A card per analyst: tags (strategy style) + win rate + trade sessions
2. Build the services page Same sheet → Showcase pages The “Strategy services” page; filter tags decide which cards land on it
3. Order the channels Same sheet → Layout Put Strategies in slot 1, Courses in slot 2; rename channels if you like
4. Take a tab slot Same sheet → Layout Point a bottom-bar slot at the services page, label it “Services”
5. Lay the quick entries Same sheet → Home entries Pill row: showcase page (its numeric ID) + a market link + the course collection
6. Plant the hook Content → Posts A few high-quality locked posts (inviter-code unlock) — a reason for members to invite
  • Free first, paid after: keep the Strategies channel public (that’s the trust) and set course content to members-only — the channels themselves become the price list.
  • No live classes: give that channel slot to Strategies or the square — the three channel slots don’t need filling; empty slots collapse away.
