Paying on OhMy.xin
Paying on OhMy.xin is just a Mixin transfer: pick the content and the amount, confirm, and it usually lands in seconds.
The payment flow
Section titled “The payment flow”- On the payment page, pick a plan (or an amount) and an asset.
- Tap pay, and Mixin Messenger opens a transfer confirmation screen; you can also scan the QR code on the page.
- After you confirm, wait a few seconds — the payment status updates on its own.
- Once the payment goes through, you can find the order and Transfer recordThe complete record of one Mixin transfer.Read more → on the Mine tab, and check this transfer any time with its TraceThe unique number of each transfer, shown on order details and linking to the original transfer in Mixin; console search calls it "trace id".Read more →.
Two handy tips
Section titled “Two handy tips”- A payment page is usually valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, just start the payment again — you won’t be charged twice.
- Don’t want to use an asset from the list? Choose “Pay with other assets” to pay through Mixpay with a different asset, converted at the live exchange rate.
Who gets the money
Section titled “Who gets the money”Your payment is a Mixin Safe transfer that first lands on the OhMy.xin platform wallet; as soon as it does, the platform immediately forwards the owner’s share (order total − 10% Platform service feeThe 10% the platform takes from each membership order.Read more → − any inviter bonus) to the circle owner as a Mixin Safe transfer — usually within seconds to a few minutes. If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Payment status never updates — wait a few seconds and refresh; if it still hasn’t, look the payment up by its Trace on the order page, or contact the circle admin.
- Sent the wrong amount — a payment that doesn’t match an order never takes effect; the platform verifies it and refunds the money to your Mixin wallet. If a refund hasn’t arrived after a while, contact OhMy.xin support with the Trace.
