Buying & renewing membership

A membership is billed on the plans the circle owner sets. This page covers picking a plan, paying, and what to do when it expires.

A circle uses one of these two pricing styles:

  • Fixed price — a single price and duration (yearly or monthly).
  • Subscription plans — several named plans to choose from, like Monthly or Yearly, each with its own duration and price.

Subscription plans can come with an intro price: your first purchase costs less than the standard price, and renewals return to full price. Fixed price has no intro price. Once you’ve picked, pay as described in Paying on OhMy.xin — it takes effect within seconds.

The circle reminds you to renew before your membership expires. Many circles give existing members a renewal discount, and the renewal page shows the discounted price up front. Renewal time stacks on top of your current expiry date, so no remaining days go to waste.

When a membership expires you become an expired member: membership content locks again, but your profile and activity history are kept. Renew any time and everything comes back instantly.

  • Gifted time — the circle owner can gift membership time to members directly; when it arrives, your expiry date extends automatically.
  • Check status and records — the Mine tab shows your expiry date and all your orders at any time; each order can be matched to its Mixin transfer by its Trace.
  • Membership didn’t activate after paying — wait a few seconds and refresh. If it still hasn’t, look up the payment with its Trace on the order page, or contact the circle owner.
  • Want to switch plans — just buy the new plan; the time stacks automatically. If you have questions about the price difference, contact the circle owner.
