Connect to OhMy.xin
With the credentials file in hand, bring the bot into OhMy.xin through the creation wizard — about five minutes end to end.
- Sign in to OhMy.xin and open the “Start a circle” wizard.
- Paste the credentials file and the client secret as prompted (the bot’s name and avatar sync from Mixin automatically — nothing to fill in).
- Submit, and the system configures everything automatically: verifying the keys and writing the callback address, usually done in a minute or two.
- When setup succeeds, the connection is complete — head into the console to set up the basics.
One bot, one circle
Section titled “One bot, one circle”If the bot has been connected to another circle before, that circle has to disconnect it first before you can connect it to a new one. Disconnecting doesn’t touch the bot on the Mixin side — reconnecting brings everything back.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Key verification failed — check that you uploaded the credentials file for this exact bot, and that the file is complete and hasn’t been modified.
- Automatic setup failed — follow the reason the wizard gives (usually a key mismatch or a network timeout), fix it, and submit again; the setup process is safe to retry.
- Stuck on a step — refresh the page and re-enter the wizard; nothing you’ve filled in is lost.
