Your Mixin account and Mixin ID
Sign up with a phone number and you have a Mixin account — it’s your login identity and the entrance to your wallet.
Three identifiers, and what each one does
Section titled “Three identifiers, and what each one does”- Phone number — used to sign up; others can’t see it by default.
- Mixin ID — your unique numeric identifier. You can view it on your profile page. People search for it to find you.
- UUID — a random string the system uses internally. You don’t need to remember it or share it.
Where you’ll meet it on OhMy.xin
Section titled “Where you’ll meet it on OhMy.xin”- Signing in to OhMy.xin uses your Mixin account authorization — no extra sign-up, no new password.
- A circle’s introduction page shows its description and member count; joining and paying all happen inside the circle’s bot, entered through the owner’s invite link.
Keep your account safe
Section titled “Keep your account safe”- Never hand out verification codes, passwords, or credentials files (keystores) — official support will never ask for them.
- Before switching to a new phone number, update the binding in Mixin settings first.
